所謂的制度，是要制定者的下一代(任)人員開始確實執行，才能算數的，在那之前就算是再好的制度，都要靠人治去努力維護，守成不易，也就是難在這裡。
經營的樂趣與演唱的樂趣，至此真的有所區隔，只能看開點啦！
